[Repro rate] All skills disappeared from Adventure Skills UI

Title: All skills disappeared from Adventure Skills UI

Details:I was talking to the Master Fire Teacher and she had no skills available (visible.) I looked in my skill trees and the categories were still there (same with the teacher, the fire category was there) but all the skills were gone. Had to relog.
Steps to Reproduce:Talk to fire master and see if that triggers it. I had teleported there from training with water and life masters in Ardoris.

I had the same thing happen to me but it was the Sun master. I have since gone back and it finally showed up.

I cannot repro this, even visiting multiple trainers in the same log in session.
