Request ability to hang Banner from Row Balconies

    Would like to request the ability to hang a Banner from the 4th story balcony on the row houses that have balconies (Like from the under side of it would work, make sense, and not break immersion.)

    If that currently is allowed, change request to make it easier to do so. Have not figured out way to do so yet.

    I like your idea! And shouldnt too difficult to implement to the game.

    I think I tried every pixel of that balcony to hang the banner. No avail.
