Request - mass resetting items permissions

    now that we got tenant mode, it should be made available an option at the lot plate to set ALL items permissions on a lot at once.

    For now we only have per item settings. This can cause disastrous effects with tenants (promotions to kindred or trustee, etc having your items being able to be stealed cause you forgot to set that founder token among your 700 decorations).
