Resolute - Bledig deCani - still waves/sparkes after quest completed

    Details: I have completed the crafting quest and it has cleared the tasks and journal, but he still waves and has the sparkle on the compass.
    He also has problems with saying goodbye so I have to use ESC to exit the conversation.
    Steps to Reproduce: Complete the quest and it still shows as being not started on compass/waving.
