    Details: this bookcase full of helpful guides is tagged private property. i thought new players were supposed to be able to take them.

    DEV EDIT: I believe we decided to let them read them on the shelf but not take them so they're available to other players, can look at reasoning again

    ALLEY EDIT: in that case, the similar shelves in central brit's castle library and the jaanaford museum should be consistent. also, when one player takes a world object, it doesn't disappear for other players.
