    1. Title: Resolute: NPC Merchant/Stool Issue
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: NPC merchant sits oddly on a stool. The stool is inside the NPC's lower torso. Either the stool is scaled too big, or the NPC sitting location is incorrect.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to location in Resolute.
    6. User Specs: SotA Build 602
    Resolute (Novia_R6_City_Resolute) Loc: (-11.8, 77.4, -232.3)
