[Resolved]671/672 - Lot placement no longer highlights existing lots and more issues

Title: Lot placement no longer works

Details: As you can see in the video, there are multiple issues while placing lots.

1) when dragging around a new stone, the existing lot borders no longer highlight green
2) when dragged to close, the new stone causes me to jump repeatedly
3) when picking up and dragging an existing lot, the collision detection with existing lots seems to be inside their normal boundry
4) when dragging an existing lot, it becomes stuck to the mouse and cannot be dropped on the ground or in a bag
