[Resolved] "always open" misleading?

I think the term "always open" is somehow misleading as activating this option for a door is not opening the door (I think it is even closing the door if the door was prior open ) instead it is saving the state of the door. If you close the door the door stays closed...if you open the door the door stays open on leaving the scene and returning.
Maybe a renaming of this option might be expedient right?

 

I think what the term means basically, when you select “always open “, every time the scene this door is in loads, the doors you set to always open will now always be open.

 

Actually it is not.
If you activate this option and close the door, leave the scene and revisite the scene the door is closed (and locked).

If you activate this option and open the door, leave the scene and revisite the scene the door is open.
This option is saving the state of the door depending on the owners choice of leaving the door behind.

When you enable "Always Open", the door will open immediately and stay open. This is a new feature for this release. Introduced in build #843 on QA.

 

Ok, checked it yesterday and you are right now the door stays open if you activate this option and it is no longer missleading.
