[Resolved]Armor not adding to fizzle chance

    Title: Armor and shields not adding to fizzle chance
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (well, not blocker but a huge exploit)


    Details:
    - Something happened that disabled fizzle% from armor.
    - Tested with Obsidian, Chainmail and Plate.
    - Live servers all of those are okay.

    My chance to cast is as good as of the best wizards.


    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Wear a set. ;)

    This is not reproducible internally with build 526. If possible, please reverify after 526 is released to confirm that this issue is no longer occurring. Thank you!
