[Resolved] Broken Echoes Silver Mine - cannot enter Soul Cave with Essence Phylactery

This quest is working fine, as long as you follow the EXACT INSTRUTIONS the Orator gives you.

The Journal entry is missing the key part about you finding the Ice Monolith ABOVE the barrier.

I was able to complete and finish the quest.

Details: I am unable to enter the Soul Cave, even though I have the Essence Phylactery and I am attempting to do the "Disable Monolith to Collect Geiserseelen" quest. I have defeated all 3 waves of creatures that block the area, yet the barrier remains. I cannot walk through it.
Steps to Reproduce: Get the Disable Monolith to Collect Geiserseelen quest. Defeat the 3 waves that are blocking the entrance. Try to enter the Soul Cave with an Essence Phylactery in your inventory. The barrier does not go away, even though you have the required item (Essence Phylactery) to pass through it.
