I don't think this is a somewhat unique issue. I'm able to go to Etceter, and I see other players there. I'm also not getting any errors. Are you on build 610?
Please restart your PC to see if it is a one time thing...if you are still having issues please use /devbug in-game. It will auto copy some information including user specs.

 

I tried yesterday and today, many times. I have no time right now but later i will do that. When i should use it? Near Etceter or whenever and wherever i want?

 

You can gather it whenever, paste it, then add it to this thread if you still crash. (I'm more interested in additional spec information and build # than your location.)

 

Just tried again, and game is crashed. I see the loading screen, it goes without a problem until 50%, then start with "equipping avatars" and when it is 99% the advice "this area is under construction.." appears on loading screen and the game freezes; after a few seconds, it crashes. Im am restarting game right now, and when i am in main menu my location is "Etceter", but if i try to resume game the same thing happens, i have to "restart on world map".
Btw, i have the perfomance issues reported in other posts, not sure if that can or not be related to my problem. Oh, and sorry for my english, it is not my native language and i hope it is understandable.

Ok i have installed 612 and updated video card drivers and now i can enter in Etceter again, so the issue is resolved.
