[Resolved] Cannot place smaller home on larger lot

    1. Cannot place Duke Founder city water home on Keep sized lot when configured as a land lot.
    2. Reproducible: Only been able to test this on my Keep water lot.
    3. Blocker:Not really.
    4. Details: I thought since I had used property manager, that I couldn’t unpack the home. So, I sent it to the bank, then tried to select the home when the deed was in my inventory. Still no go. The Duke Founder home will only work on the lot, if I configure the keep lot as a water lot, then place the duke home as a water home. I know the Duke home works on a standard land based City lot. I assume it would work on a land based Keep lot. But the keep water lots where you can change them from water to land don’t work. I was able to place a normal land based Town sized home on the lot.
    5. Reproducing is just trying to select the home.
    6. User specs: 32 RAM, 3080TI, Intel 13th gen, 2 TB NVME m.2 drive.

    Water homes can only be used on water lots. You need to use the non-water home if you're going to use it on land.
    On the QA server, I tested the non-water version on a keep size lot, and it placed OK.

    I can place the same home in a city land lot with no issues. The Duke Founder Water home works on both land and water. You can test this on the city lots.. I believe the catch is that the keep water lots can be both land or water, and perhaps the logic on the backend was not carried over.

    I was also able to test the Keep lot in the land mode, with a normal land home and it worked fine.

    I can't seem to place the Duke Founder (City Water Home) on either a taxed/taxfree PA City Deed lot. I'm testing in Brekken Bay on QA (hey that rhymes!).

    I'll poke around some more on this...

    @Shadow How many duke homes do you have in your inventory? Is it possible you have both ? Try putting the non-water home into your bank and then try again with the water home on land.

    Well, I feel like an idiot now. I could have swore I had it on a land lot previously. Maybe I’m just getting old. Flag this one resolved, user error.
