[Resolved] Can't get the love banner

    Details:
    - I've completed the Solace Bridge Outskirts questline long ago, before the banners where in place. Now I can't get them. Tried speaking with everyone at the scene.
    - Other outskirts may suffer the same problem. Haven't tested yet. This should work like the Kiln Cistern gift.

    @Alley Oop i've did all of them. Captain Kinsey just tells me to deliver the report to Stanley. :/

    UPDATE: Okay, i've spoke to her the keyword "Love Banner" and she gave me... Guess this should trigger autommatically? =X

    UPDATE 2: Nvm... when i found Sygourne (missing scout), she also gave me the formal love salutation. BUT, the quest was already completed. I had to mannualy run to the cultist villages and "restart" it directly from the missing NPC. Kinsey wouldn't ask me first... AND THEN, the conversation about the banner and the emote came up.

    Anyway, leaving it here, so they could improve the detection of previous completed quests.
