[Resolved] Carrying capacity changing without reason

    Title: Carrying capacity changing without reason
    Reproduction Rate: Many times on QA and last release, once so far this release
    Blocker? No
    Details: Carrying capacity is changing randomly on my character with no buffs. It just dropped by .3 pounds. I have not been in combat, so no skills have changed. I have not changed gear.

    I am wearing gear that does buff strength, but it has been on the whole time.

    I have 275.3 at the moment, it was 275.6 a few minutes ago. I just bought some things off the PV in OH.


    Steps to Reproduce: Watch and remember your carrying capacity down to the tenth of a pound. Run around doing other things. Occasionally check to see if it's still the same. Eventually you'll notice it has changed.

    Do you have the innate skill trained that increases str during daylight? This causes your carrying capacity to change during day/night cycles.

    @Ameresta Trillion Good thought. I just checked and have it at skill level 1, which should be giving me .1 during the day, according to the tooltip. Perhaps that is off. I'll watch to see if the change happens at dawn.

    It does happen at dawn. So this is expected, but I just found a different bug. Thanks!
