[Resolved] Decoration Palette has overwritten text message

    Title: Decoration Palette has overwritten text message
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Opening up the decoration palette in NPC scenes displays a message that is overwritten -- looks like its missing a CR/LF.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Enter a town (Owl's Head works, so does Isle of Storms)
    2) Open Decoration Palette
    3) Observe: There's a lot of overwritten text in the center of the Palette window.
    4) It also mentions 999 items, probably could be a different, more specific message or eliminate the item count entirely when no items are accessible.

    The Deco Palette has been removed from the client. This feature will be re-introduced in a later release. Please re-post if you are still seeing it.
