Title: Desolis - Dhalia Lock - Crafting Trainer broken

Details: When I try to speak to Dhalia Lock in Desolis, she gives dialog, but teleports a short distance away. When I click on or type train, I get no response (or sometimes says "Of course" but no training window opens).
Steps to Reproduce: Speak to Dhalia Lock, try to open training window.

OK, quick update with new info that might help...

I went into options and checked the "Skip conversations with merchants" option, then pressed "K" to open my skills window, then clicked on Dhalia and the crafting skills turned blue (able to be learned). So, I was able to use this workaround to buy the skills. However, she still blips around when I run up and speak to her.

 

By the way, this issue was fixed in a recent patch, so this bug can be closed.
