[Resolved] Item Descriptions don't appear anywhere except in my character's window

    title: Item Descriptions don't appear anywhere except in the window of my character
    Reproducible? 100%
    Blocker? No, but really anoying!
    Details: The item Descriptions don't show up when passing the cursor over an item. It doesn't work in my Item list, container, bank nor Shop except with the items in my character's window.
    Steps to Reproduce: pass over an item with the mouse cursor anywhere ->nothing. Press C to get the character window and pass over the items and there it will appear as usual.

    User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only)

    Debian GNU/Linux bullseye/sid
    Intel® Core™ i7-6850K CPU @ 3.60GHz × 12
    GeForce GTX 1050 Ti/PCIe/SSE2
    Nvidia Driver 460.73.01
    RAM 32 GB

    I think your tooltip might not just be showing, if you press comma ( , ) it should come back.
    Or look in option UI - > Interface and make sure show tooltip is enabled
