[Resolved] item lost

hello everyone, I have a problem, I had a trunk inside with all the reagents (leather, cotton, hours, fragments and much more) I joined and now there is nothing more. I checked in all the boxes at home I also asked the co-owner but nothing ... permissions are restricted to us only 2 in the home and in the cases what could be your problem? thank you a thousand in advance for the answers and excuse my bad English

You had a trunk inside what? (a house on a lot I assume) as Owner, Co-Owner or Tenant?
You joined what?

Did you already look into your bank account if it is there?


the devs would also like to have the infos from the ingame bug-report (or type /bug in the ingame chatwindow)

Sometimes it happens that when moving items in house they are placed outside the accessible grid - then you have to mail the support about that (with all the infos the bugreport gives at the location you think it was)

if the trunk is still there, but is empty, you can right-click it and view an access log. that won't show up if it's been picked up and put down since, though.

I am tagging you in case you didn't see Alley's msg. I assume you have relogged since this first happened - I would go back and check just in case you may have been looking at the wrong inventory tab or something. I have done that before.
I think we can figure this out Sorry for the issues.
