[Resolved?]Meteor shower does no damage to enemies unless they are aggroed

    Title: Meteor shower does no damage to enemies unless they are aggroed
    Reproduction Rate:Several times
    Blocker?No
    Details:I've done this several times. If the enemy is unaware, you can cast meteor shower on them and they just stand there. It doesn't aggro or hurt them.
    Steps to Reproduce:Cast meteor shower on an unaware enemy.

    This looks to be fixed in 673. I wonder if it was also with spells like ring of fire. I also suspect this was maybe part of a descync issue that appears to be gone now, after extensive testing. I believe it triggered a few different type of bug reports that we can no longer repro.

    But if you see this again in 673 or later please let us know with as many specifics as you can recall (these bugs can be tricky by nature)

    This is fixed.

    The one with the spear/bow guys not attacking when pinned seems fixed. I think the spear range is still too short, and the detection range of enemies in Penmwar is still too short.

    I just put it all in one spot so I'm not summoning you to a bunch of different threads.

    Edit: Not totally fixed, just saw a bow guy, not pinned standing there for about 10 seconds not shooting. So maybe it had nothing to do with being pinned in the first place.
