Title: Mining gets interrupted if buff ends while mining
Reproduction Rate: 100%

Details: While mining, if a buff ends (such as Inner Strength), then mining gets interrupted.

Expected behavior would that a buff ending should not interrupt mining (or other harvesting activities)

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Cast a buff such as Inner Strength
2) Wait til there are only a few seconds before the Inner Strength buff ends
3) Begin mining (while Inner Strength is still active, with a few seconds remaining)
4) Observe that mining gets interrupted when the Inner Strength buff ends

User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32687
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4059
SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.602.Date.05.03.17

@Kron Caledon - Thank you for reporting. However, I just tried to replicate this bug to verify and was not able to.

I tried the following buffs (one at a time) on different ore nodes and none of them interrupted my mining: Strength of Earth, Enlightenment, Air's Embrace, Inner Strength, and Dash. I tried Inner Strength 3 times on 3 separate nodes and none of them interrupted me.

Are you sure it was Inner Strength expiring that interrupted you? By any chance, were you using Chaotic Feedback? I know that will interrupted mining if the buff is still active.

Please reply back and if this is still happening, then I'll record it for review by the Dev Team.

I can no longer reproduce this! The expiration of Inner Strength no longer interrupts mining from the tests I did. I was not using Chaotic Feedback.

Will certainly update this bug if it occurs again.
