[Resolved?] No Banker when re-entering Nesoskia - invisible NPCs?

5. Steps to Reproduce:

• Log in to Nesoskia (My house is there)
  
• Walk to the bank and note that the banker is in there (hard at work)
• Go to the dock and exit to Novia (and marvel at the fast load time)
• Go back into Nesoskia (and marvel at the fast load time)
• Walk back up to the bank.... No Banker
  • The house deco npcs are upstairs
  • The annoying NPC guard that feels compelled to stand in the bank doorway or right in front of the bank teller window is unfortunately there... (Can he PLEASE stand somewhere else in that room!)
    
  • The Banker... is nowhere in the building!

I hope to find the common thread for this because I've tried following these steps and the banker remains.
We have received other reports of NPCs not being there in various PoTs until relogging or changing online modes...

 

@Lexie I was able to "lose" the banker two times in a row right after I updated, but last night the banker was there just fine. When I follow the steps I listed above he is still there just like he should be. It seems "fixed"
