    Title: Offline Rewards not being delivered
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Details: Item bought on the website during R61, and R62 are not being delivered as well as the stretch goal rewards from R58, R59, and R60 when hitting the claim rewards button.

    EDIT: This is now resolved on the dev branch. Look for a fix in client build later this week. Perhaps as early as build #924.
