[Resolved] Pallet no longer working in POT

    Title: Pallet no longer working in POT
    Reproduction Rate:As of this build

    Details:The deco pallete is no longer working on the town. It says "You are not standing on a housing lot".
    Steps to Reproduce:Try to use the deco pallet in town as governor.

    NM, this is another bug to move over to "we're having to relog an awful lot lately".

    Doing so fixed it. I had put down a home during this session.

    But people are getting that in live right now as well, with trading things and such. You've got something going on with data propagation or something.
