[Resolved] POT NPCs Stacked in Bank and won't Unstack

Title: POT NPCs Stacked in Bank and won't Unstack

Details: I have POT NPCs in the Bank and multiples of some that are Stacked. When I try to Unstack them, whether by dragging one off the stack and into my inventory, or drag the stack into my inventory and attempt to unstack them their, it fails, and the NPCs are Red.

Once Red, they're no longer able to be manipulated, and I have to Relog to clear them from inventory, returning them to the bank, restacked.
