[Resolved] POT performance trouble opening chests, doors, and vendors

    Title: opening chests, doors, and vendors performance issues
    Reproduction Rate: 100
    Blocker? YES
    Details: opening chests, doors, and vendors is slow to respond, sometimes taking 30seconds to open a chest. This is being reported by many players in universal chat in many locations.
    Steps to Reproduce: load game, open a chest, walk into your house and open a door, travel to a market place and open a vendor,new game created see which loads quickest :D

    For me and my guildmates everything in our Town takes minutes. Walk up to my house, wait 3 minutes to be able to enter the lot. Click Door, wait 2-3 min for the door to open. Oracle, Chests, Mailbox, Bank and so on. Nearly unplayable.
