[Resolved] Property manager: can't see lot ownership

With the changes to the property manager made in R68 (as referenced here: https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/f...y-manager-a-mess-with-the-new-changes.157579/), there is a serious new problem in that you can't tell who actually *owns* the lot that your items are on. So you get these random lots in your property manager that just tell you what scene they're in, but not whose property it is. This needs fixing ASAP.
