[Resolved] Shroud of the Avatar Cloak Vanished when retrieving from bank device.

4. I was retrieving my Shroud of the Avatar Cloak from a bag within my bank device at my own home. The shroud disappeared and did not make it into my inventory. I opened all my bags to see if it may have went into one of them. It did not. However all their positions and sizings were reset. I have tried logging on and off several times to see if the inventory list would update itself. It has still not appeared in my inventory, bags, or bank device.
5. Have the shroud in a renamed bag in the local bank for your bank device to access. Open bank device. Retrieve the shroud from a bag in the bank by dragging it into your inventory.
6. i7 6700K, 64 bit, 16 GB RAM, dual Nvidia GTX 1080, 3440x1440 display, dual M2's in Raid 1.

Totally forgot about hidden quest items and equipped tools.
