[Resolved] Snowy Mountains Road Encounter - Twin Trolls take a while to spawn when entering

    Title: Snowy Mountains Road Encounter - Twin Trolls take a while to spawn when entering
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker?
    Details: When you enter and the Snowy Mountains Road Encounter and it loads, the Trolls are not in the encounter. After several minutes they finally spawn.
    Steps to Reproduce:Enter overland Troll encounter. When scene loads,trolls are not present. You have to wait several minutes.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 0 @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16303
