Details: While speaking to the Orator (for the first time, with a new character) I'm not seeing any dialogue option to start a quest with them? There are only 4 keywords and saying any of them does not give the quest in here. Are we supposed to manually type "help" to start this? Or is it possible the "help" (or whatever keyword to start the quest) is missing? (See picture below)
Steps to Reproduce: Go to this location in the Soltown Catacombs, speak to the Orator for the first time with a new character.
