This is now resolved. Patrator is now found in the scene.

Title: South Longfall Wetland - Quest NPC Patrator missing in scene

Details: While trying do the Find Patrator quest in South Longfall Wetland, Patrator is missing. There are the other unnamed elves in the various cages, but Patrator is missing. I asked all the elves their names when I freed then, none of them gave me a name. Patrator, if I recall correctly does give you her name. Also I *believe* she is supposed to be found in this cage (see picture). This cage is empty.
Steps to Reproduce: Get the Find Patrator, go to South Longfall Wetland and try to find Patrator in a cage to free them.
