    Title: Stacked glyphs are lost when it fizzles
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: If you create a stack of glyphs, say death Ray - if you fizzle on casting the spell - you lose the stack (I don't think this happened in previous releases..)
    Steps to Reproduce: Combine 2 death ray's - fizzle - you lose the stack.

    This sounds expected. Fizzling a spell is the equivalent of failing a cast. If a cast fails, I would expect the time spent constructing that spell would also be lost.

    However, some fixes went in for the handling of stacking glyphs in 652. Could you reconfirm if this problem is still occurring?

    @Attenwood - We have a double standard here. Fizzling a charged spell removes all stacks while fizzling a manually stacked spell keeps them. It is double dipping the fizzle penalty in the current state with charging. Please see if something can be done to bring the two systems closer to *equivalency* as stated in the patch notes.
