[Resolved[ Utility Bar inoperable after planting attempt in 4-story greenhouse

    Location: Novia Market Lot: Chadwyck
    I drag and drop nightshade seed from inventory to utility bar space 1.
    I press 1 and highlight the planting barrels and click to water as usual.
    The cool-down timer runs counterclockwise, but the utility bar remains gray and nothing is planted.
    I cannot use any utility bar icons after this.
    It will not allow other seed or sheet music to be dropped into a slot.
    This happens on multiple accounts.

    The utility bar will reactivate if you change scenes. (Client crashed while trying to re-enter Novia Market)

    That is not a great "fix".
    Hopefully it will be fixed with a patch today.
