Resource Stops Working on Exiting and Entering the Game

    Title: Resource Stops Working on Exiting and Entering the Game

    Details: I noticed this when I was trying to chop down a tree in Serpent Spine Foothills. I had to log out while chopping at the tree and when I logged back in the tree was no longer usable. I could not chop at it or collect resources from it.
    Steps to Reproduce: Begin chopping at a tree (May work with other resources) and log out while chopping. leave the game entirely and then come back and 'Resume'. The tree will be there but will not let you collect from it.
