    Title: Bank - stuck at loading
    Reproduction Rate: every time
    Blocker?
    Details: When opening bank, it is stuck at loading and will not show any items.
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to banker and hit the bank button/word
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1505M v5 @ 2.80GHz (8) System RAM: 16205
    GPU: NVIDIA Quadro M1000M GPU RAM: 2019

    I saw this too. Tried it a few times, waited over 3 minutes the last time. I gave up and went about other stuff in town for about 15-20 minutes. went back to the bank it loaded fine.

    I am able to access this exact banker without issues on build 527.
    So this is either fixed in next build or this is was network related.
