    Title: bug in combat tile system
    Reproduction Rate: tried meny times
    Blocker? broken combat system
    Details: when using a random combat system sometimes it fails to renew the tile with the messages "you are not ready to use this yet" and as the tile is not used it does not redraw which causes a disabled slot until some timer passes.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 16331
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6052
    SotA.QA.Win.64.857.Date.07.21.19
    Area: RandomEncounter_Plains01_Road/HumanBandits
    Area Display Name: Plains Road Encounter
    Loc: (-2.6, 27.1, 2.8)

    Can't you just right click on it to make it disappear and redraw?

    Ah. This is more clear now. I assumed you could not have a skill assigned to a locked slot and an unlocked slot at the same time. From memory, when deck building, didn't the unlocked skill disappear from the draw slot when you tried to lock it to another? Perhaps this has changed, gotta try it later.
