[Responded] Cannot Claim Rewards in Offline Mode

4. Details: I can claim rewards in online mode fine. When I try to claim rewards in offline mode, I am told I have none. In the past, I've always been able to claim my rewards online, then get them in offline game as well.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Click the Rewards button in the to right corner. Click the "Claim" button in the Rewards panel. Enter password to authenticate my account. Wait a moment. Am told there are no rewards available.

If I am recalling correctly, don’t you need to load a save game, and then that character will be able to claim rewards?

 

Not loading a saved game. Just clicking offline, then going into the game. (no load button pressed).


UPDATE: Received items last night when I played in offline mode and use "Rewards" to get a recent purchase. Thanks!!! Great to have my Prosperity items back.
