[Responded] Can't open bank if you've got "Locate Player Vendor Items" open already

    Title: Can't open bank if you've got "Locate Player Vendor Items" open already
    Reproduction Rate: Multiple times
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: If you open the "Locate Vendor Items" dialog and then try to open the bank (which you already closed at some point) the banker says "As you wish" and then nothing happens.
    Steps to Reproduce: Open bank. Open "Locate Vendor Items". Close bank. Try to open bank again.
