[Responded] Chests no longer caching when picking them up

    Title: Chests no longer caching
    Reproduction Rate: A bunch of times

    Details: Chests are no longer caching their items when you pick them up, and then put them back down. The items are being reloaded completely (numbers scrolling.)

    This is different behavior than last month, where the items would be remembered and only the modified items would need to be reloaded. Pick up a crafting chest with tons of items. Watch it "scroll" numbers up as it loads. Put it down. Pick it back up and watch again.

    I'm guessing this might have changed incidentally with the encumbrance rule changes. Hoping we can bring back the previous behavior. Added an issue #63038 for review.
