    Title: Connection problems
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?
    Details:
Today, when I ran the launcher (not steam) and pressed the "Play" button, the game would not run. After opening and closing the launcher twice, it runs to the third time. After entering the login, the screen (the one seen in the screenshot) is present for more than five minutes and then the license agreement appears to accept or not the conditions. Once the license agreement is accepted, the game loads and continues as normal.
And other times the launcher looks like it wants to download a patch and at the end says "Connection error, could not download patch. Retry or force play."
This has happened to me the three times I have entered the game today.
And the forum also loads strangely, it takes a lot of time and I have to refresh the page several times for it to appear normally, and sometimes it takes so long that it tells me that the connection has expired. Thank goodness that the forum saves drafts because after writing this I realized that the text and attach image options had not been loaded either and I had to reload the page.
Checked my internet connection, everything is correct, and any other website loads correctly.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz (4) System RAM: 24539
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 GPU RAM: 5980
    SotA.Win.64.1672.Date.09.04.23
    Area: POT_tropicalisland_metropolis_01_template/Umbra
    Area Display Name: Umbra
    Loc: (16.6, 91.2, -2.0)
    Debug: UE9UX3Ryb3BpY2FsaXNsYW5kX21ldHJvcG9saXNfMDFfdGVtcGxhdGV8VW1icmF8KDE2LjU1NywgOTEuMTY3LCAtMS45NjcpfCgwLCAxLCAwLCAwLjAyNyl8MTgwLjYxNjd8NDAuODQ2MjJ8NC4wMDM3MDE=

@Isabel Ayin, no one else is reporting problems of this kind. this is likely a problem along the specific route from you to the server. if it's still happening, you should talk to your ISP.
