    Title: Cursor not turning green when hovering over bench
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: When I hover the cursor over a bench, it doesn't always turn green (indicating a possible interaction), even when the tool tip confirms that the cursor is indeed over the bench. I have to move the cursor back and forth to find a spot that makes the cursor turn green. Simply moving the cursor slowly from one end of the bench to the other makes the green cursor come and go. I haven't been playing for a few months, so I thought it might be a "new" feature that enables a choice of where to sit on the bench, but if that is the case, it doesn't work well.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16323
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6046
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Win.64.539.Date.08.23.17
    Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Rift's End
    Area Display Name: Rift's End
    Loc: (37.7, 89.0, -62.4)
    Debug: UE9UX2lzbGFuZF9tZXRyb3BvbGlzXzAxX3RlbXBsYXRlfFJpZnQncyBFbmR8KDM3LjcxLCA4OS4wMDIsIC02Mi4zNzYpfCgwLCAwLjA1NywgMCwgLTAuOTk4KXwtNi4yNzUzMTZ8MjUuODIzMjJ8MS4yNQ==

    @Kara Brae if it is what I think it is (I'm sitting on this same bench) I think you are seeing the design of it. It's pretty easy to find a spot for me to sit but if I'm trying real hard to find that spot on the bench where I can't (a little bit off center of where I would normally sit) then I do see what are are seeing.
