Details: Elder Frostgeist skull on the floor, cannot be moved or removed.
Steps to Reproduce: Go to location.

I can't reach it either. I tried! I think you are going to need customer support for they have some additional tools to pull it out. Can you email support@portalarium.com with the info you provided above? Thank you and sorry about that.
If you don't want to go that route, you may want to try using the property manager to save the lot and re-place it down. There is a chance the item will automatically go to your bank as it is in an errored state.

 

Also, just in case, can you check to make sure that deco mode is turned on for you @Nick ? I know sometimes I turn mine off and then wonder why I can't pick something up a few days later.

Its an inn with more than 10 guests. No idea who has placed it there. As lot owner, I should be able to send it to the bank at the very least. I've tried changing modes, doesn't work.

Ah, well if Tenant permissions are involved, it should show a tooltip with the owner's name when you hover your mouse over it.

Yeah, it's not a matter of permissions. Item is definitely bugged. None of the proper UI elements appear.
