    I purchased 2 sets of this armor but only received 1 set of Elven Elite Fighter Armor

If you have still not been able to claim your reward, please send an E-mail with the above information to Suport@Potalarium.com. They are the only ones who can verify and correct issues involving the Add On Store and Reward Items.
