Title: Focus Buff Numbers Visible at Great Distance

Details: While in Deep Ravenswood, I noticed blue numbers flying up through the air. I guess these are focus buff numbers being applied. Maybe? Anyway, no avatar was near me. I was by the haunted farm house and the avatars were in the lich area, I guess. The screen shot below depicts two such buff numbers in the trees to the left of my avatar.
Steps to Reproduce: Be in a scene when someone has a focus buff applied?

It's hard to tell without seeing exactly, if someone is over there and how far they may be from you? I'll keep an eye on this though. I'm not sure what that is, exactly.
