Title: Game on launch spans both monitors.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
Details: When selecting "Launch" from the game launcher, the game takes over and spans both monitors in a dual monitor set-up. Selecting Video options, checking full screen then unchecking full screen causes the game to go back to the monitor its supposed to.
Steps to Reproduce: Launch game. Click Play.

Have you checked to make sure nothing is overriding Sota's selectoin...something like Nvida's Control Panel, where it will automatically expand the game into the next monitor if enabled?
Your PC hardware is very similar to one of my machines, and I've not been able to repro this I'm sorry to say.

I didn't enable any settings that I know of. I went in and tried to find something but couldn't locate anything suspicious. I did, however, do a clean install of my video drivers and the game is once again behaving and tethering to my single primary monitor only. Sorry for the wild goose chase!
