[Responded] Highvale Outskirts - Horatio does not give quest

    Title: Highvale Outskirts - Horatio does not give quest
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes
    Details: Horatio is waving at me, and also marked on my compass as "Quest". Only when talking to him, I can't find any keyword to trigger a quest.

    Is this possibly connected to the elven herbal tea leaves? Because I have also collected a bunch of these, and cannot find a purpose for them.

    I thought it was in the keywords already, but use elven tea leaves.

    OK I just checked this again and saying "elven tea leaves" to her does nothing. Guess it's a bug..

    Puuk had a list of the keywords for that repeat quest in another thread somewhere. Or try tea leaves, herbs, etc.

    Horatio has nothing to do with the herbal tea leaves. That's Esmeralda's repeatable quest. Horatio's only quest is for you to go up to the monastery and speak with Captain Burnes. If he's still waving at you after speaking with Burnes, maybe he's just a big flirt. ;)
