[Responded] Lost item @Carpentry salvage

    Lost the magic cudgel from thequest in arie where i got the robes etc.
    Is there a way to become it back?

    Double klick on "salvage item" put in the "golden font" item cudgel, didnt saw this,
    ive klicked on "salvag" the system givesan error prompt, that doesnt work, the fonts went red,
    but it wasnt possible to take it back.
    I closed the carpentry window, but the cudgel isnt in my bag nor in the table.?!?

    @flyingirony did you check after client restart?

    when the server rejects a action you did, the items get red to show there is a misunderstanding between client and server that mostly clears up after relogging but sometimes you need a full client restart

    will try, while i was tipping the message yesterday, my whole system had a MSI blackscreen ;)

    I'm sorry, I'm a little confused by your report. Did you salvage the item on accident?
    Lost items should be submitted to support@portalarium.com but make sure you did a client restart - shutting the client down completely - not just a re-log.
    Sorry for the issues...but I'm not entirely sure what happened here.

    yes i put the item in the working space of the table (double klick on recipe do that automatic, pick a item)
    I didnt tought that it would pick a golden font item.
    But it wasnt able to being salvaged, by luck, but then it went red and i wasnt able to take it back not over the "take all" button or with the mouse.
    then i closed the table, hoping it went back in my back...but didnt.
    Was a full restart.
