    Title: Lost power while masterwork tailoring/item and ingots disappeared
    Reproduction Rate: once
    Blocker?
    Details:The item (Hardened Fortified Leather Chest Armor) and ingots were already on the table and power went off right before i pushed "craft". When came back in game, in 15 min, did not find this item in my inventory, and ingots were gone too.

    PCs suddenly crashing (or in this case, the power going out) can do strange things to internet connections and online games.
    If the item didn't return to you, I'm really not sure what we can do. The best I could advice is to submit a help request to support@portalarium.com. In my prior experiences with most games, it would not be retrievable. But it's worth a shot. Maybe they can find it. I hope you checked your bank as well?

    And if you don't have a UPS (uninterrupted power supply) it's an investment that will save you in the future. I highly recommend one :) Sorry for the issues...
