    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6920HQ CPU @ 2.90GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 460 OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 4096
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.OSX.64.607.Date.05.24.17
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_02_template/Crossroads
    Area Display Name: Crossroads
    Loc: (-57.2, 36.0, -106.2)

    It also appear that the crafting merchant i had placed is now missing.

    So the change to the crafting shop to book crafting shop is actually intentional, I'm sorry for the confusion on that part.
    We will need to investigate the NPC thing further, can you please email support@portalarium.com as that will require some personalized help?
