[Responded] Ornate Elven Longsword Pattern Missing from Bundle

    I purchased the Elven Keep bundle yesterday and claimed it today, everything was received except the 6 Ornate Elven Longsword Patterns, which was the deciding factor to get this bundle. Are these patterns yet to be released or is there a bug that isn't injecting them with the claim?

    can confirm this - I have minimum 3 Elven village keep and up and only 1 "Pattern:Ornate Elven Longsword (6)" in my bank account
    the fighter and archer armor pattern packs seem fine 3+ each....

    EDIT:
    buying dates for the keep and up are:
    19.4.2017
    31.5.2017
    06.07.2017
    all three were upgrades, but one had a funcitoning awarding the longsword pattern pack

    I didn't check that earlier, because i don't use patterns atm.....

    No need to contact customer support on this one. We're working on a fix to push through to resolve this. At a future date (TBD) all you will need to do is re-claim at bank. It seems the city version is delivering, but the others are not. Sorry for the issues.

    Sorry for the delay on this - database mappings have been updated and refactored, if you go to a bank and do a Claim Rewards the missing patterns will be there. Thank you for your patience!
