[Responded] Pot item permissions

2. reproduction rate: This is happening for me on 2 of my pot's I have checked so far.
every time- item even after a reboot and even when all other avatar names were taken off pot list.

4. Details; I came on today and was looking at a garden area i made on sirens cove and was scrolling my mouse over some of the trees and bushes placed and realized they were all saying they were set to kindred.I went to Lyonesse and the same is happening there.
5. steps to reproduce: i just scroll my pointer over items and all seem to be set to kindred

The tooltip comes up when you hover over a decoration that you placed on the lot, or when you hover over a decoration for a lot that you have at least Tenant access. In this case, "Kindred" indicates the permission level has been set so that a player with Kindred or greater access can modify or take the item.

EDIT: For R68, the word "Kindred" is used for items on lots and POT (shared areas). For R69, the word "Steward" will appear in the tooltip for items on a POT (shared areas). Functionality remains unchanged.
